Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Feed Easy handles information when you use the App.

Feed Easy is designed with a local-first approach. Most information you create in the App stays on your device or is synced directly to your personal cloud storage account (such as Apple iCloud or Google Drive) if you use Cloud Sync. We do not operate databases or backend servers to store your baby feeding logs; your records reside completely on your own device and within your personal cloud account.

If you use the optional Family Sharing feature, information you choose to share is made available to the people you invite, as described in the Family Sharing section below.

Information you create while using Feed Easy is primarily stored locally on your device. This may include feeding-related entries, app state, preferences, and settings.

The App may also use local device storage that allows related App features to work across supported device surfaces.

Feed Easy does not require you to create an account to use the core App.

To prevent data loss and support recovery, Feed Easy includes platform-specific Cloud Sync capabilities:

• iOS (iCloud Drive): Sync is automatic and silent. If you are logged into your Apple Account and iCloud Drive is enabled in device settings, your logs are stored securely in your private iCloud storage container.
• Android (Google Drive): Sync requires your explicit opt-in by connecting your Google Account. Data is stored in your Google Drive AppData folder, a private directory hidden from other apps and your main Google Drive interface.

Your backup data is stored directly in your personal cloud account (Apple iCloud or Google Drive). We do not host or operate backend database servers to store or access these files. We have zero access to your logs, settings, or cloud credentials.

Feed Easy includes an optional Family Sharing feature that lets you invite another person, such as your partner, to view your baby's feed log.

When you turn on Family Sharing, the data you share (including your baby's name, feed times, types, amounts, durations, and notes) is shared through Apple iCloud (CloudKit) with the people you invite. It is stored in your personal iCloud account and made available to invited participants through their own Apple Account. We do not host, access, or store this shared data on our own servers.

You choose who to invite and can stop sharing at any time, which removes their access to future updates. Only invite people you trust with your baby's information.

To operate and improve the App, limited information may be collected automatically. This may include anonymous usage information, technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic information related to crashes or errors, and anonymous identifiers used for analytics or diagnostics.

This information helps us understand how the App is used, identify technical issues, and improve reliability.

Feed Easy may request certain permissions depending on the features you use. For example, notification permission may be requested to deliver reminders.

You can control permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work as intended if required permissions are disabled.

If you purchase premium access, payment is processed by Apple's App Store or the applicable app store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Information related to purchase status may be processed in order to enable, verify, or restore premium access.

The App may rely on third-party services and platform features to support certain functions such as analytics, diagnostics, purchase processing, permissions, reminders, and device integrations.

The App relies on Apple iCloud and Google Drive to provide Cloud Sync. These services store sync files directly under your personal cloud account. We do not have access to your credentials or files stored on these platforms.

These services may process limited technical, purchase, or diagnostic information necessary for the App to operate. They process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Feed Easy does not show third-party advertisements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Feed Easy is intended for use by parents and caregivers. The App is not directed to children and is not intended for children to use directly.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Information stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, reset it, or uninstall the App, subject to operating system behavior.

Cloud sync backups reside in your Apple iCloud or Google Drive storage and can be deleted by disabling sync, disconnecting your account, or manually removing the backup file from your personal cloud storage settings.

Information processed for analytics, diagnostics, purchases, support, or app-store-related purposes may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the App, provide premium access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.

Reasonable technical measures are used to help protect information handled by the App. However, no system or method of storage can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your device and app store account.

You can edit or delete information in the App where those options are available, manage notification permissions through device settings, restore purchases through the App, or uninstall the App to remove local App data, subject to operating system behavior.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
